Challenge
With several unofficial Gaia toolbars floating around the Internet, Gaia wanted to effectively meet the requests of its avid fans who had clearly exhibited an interest in creating a toolbar to complement the gaming experience on Gaia Online.
Solution
Gaia worked with FreeCause to create a highly customized toolbar as a user experience improvement tool. The toolbar enables a more organized, user friendly, enjoyable and efficient gaming experience while dually extending the gaming experience into the everyday web browsing.

Results
The toolbar both satisfied the Gaia community base who had long sought after a compatible toolbar and helped Gaia to increase their overall site traffic, raising both number of active users and their activity level which translated into greater revenue possibilities.
