Responsibilities

  • Have an incredible amount of initiative and drive
  • Committed to creating innovative, simple, incredible new products and blast away the norm!
  • Manage our designs and UX across all of FreeCause products
  • Understand the basics of UX and utilize that knowledge to terminate workflows and wireframes
  • Be the most intense and overly detailed person in the entire company
  • Ability to define metrics for success of UX changes.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in a creative UI role at an internet based company.
  • Complete understanding of the entire web site design process, including requirements, concepts, cutting up, usability, web analytics, branding, web 2.0 mantras,
  • Photoshop Guru
  • CSS Zen Master HUGE PLUS
  • Comfortable and proficient with proper dhtml (div based layouts) and javascript
  • Knowledgable about browser compatibilty issues and workarounds
  • Preferred Bachelors in UI related field (Graphics, Design, etc)
  • Biggest passion is to create cutting edge, exciting experiences.
