Matt Adkisson Co-Founder

Since FreeCauses's inception in October 2006, Matt managed the national sales team and strategic partnerships. He previously co-founded ForeCyte, a cancer diagnostic company, and served as its CEO.

Justin Holland Co-Founder and COO

Justin oversees the company's day-to-day operations, and helps coordinates Quality Assurance, Information Technology, and Technology Development. Prior to FreeCause, he worked at General Atomics and Lincoln Labs. His interest in affinity technologies originated from an academic research project for which he invented a water sterilization system for developing countries, winning the Institute of Soldier Nanotechnology Raytheon Prize and the Lemelson-MIT prize. Justin received a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from MIT.

Casey Adkisson CFO

Casey is responsible for managing the financial operations for FreeCause. As CFO, Casey uses his Finance and Mathematics background to direct and oversee all of the company's finances. He previously worked for two years at the the MIT Media Lab, where he developed software for a motion tracking interface. He is currently on leave from MIT's Mathematics Department.

James Chen CTO

James is responsible for product development, engineering, and aligning the technical vision of FreeCause with the marketplace. Before FreeCause, James founded CampusCraze, a web-based portal and advertising company, which was acquired by Jenzabar in 2000. James served as Chief Technology Officer at Jenzabar, a provider of enterprise software for educational institutions, through May 2007. James holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from MIT.

Blaine Dangel Chief Marketing Officer & VP of Product Design

As Chief Marketing Officer and VP of Product Design, Blaine develops and articulates the value proposition of the company's vision. Prior to FreeCause, Blaine worked on the award-winning FedEx account at Omnicom's flagship advertising agency. Blaine holds a Bachelor of Arts in Media Art and Computer Science from Wellesley College.
